customers, suppliers, the competition,<br>shareholders, which includes the following principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shareholders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensure the maintenance of the business and the assets of our shareholders, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Honesty, respect and professionalism in dealing with our shareholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonable, lawful and responsible use of company resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use company resources for the performance of job functions and not for personal use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance according to established media procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fulfillment of the commitments signed with clients, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comply with agreements regarding quality, deliveries and economic consideration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honesty, respect and professionalism in dealing with our clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen to the voice of the client and ensure their satisfaction according to the established procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not accept requirements or businesses that involve a violation of current legislation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the most technically and economically favorable offers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous performance improvement with our customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorable deals will not be made or presents or gifts that may be inappropriate or suspected of intentions of bribery or<br>corruption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional ethics in relation to our competence, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compete in accordance with the applicable legislation of Free Competition, in a healthy and honest relationship &#8211; Presentation of the offer to the market in front of the competition with objective and traceable criteria &#8211; Do not use as a sales technique the discredit of the competition, if not credit of the company itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product Compliance and Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance with product safety and compliance specifications, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of all personnel of said safety and regulatory features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification and traceability of significant characteristics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum diligence by all personnel in the conformity of the process and product with said characteristics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Civil Liability derived from defective products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suppliers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fulfillment of the commitments signed with suppliers, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Honest, respectful and processional treatment with our suppliers \u2013 Respect for agreements regarding quality, deliveries and economic consideration.&nbsp;\u2013 Evaluation and selection of suppliers based on objective criteria defined in the purchasing procedure \u2013 Awarding of orders to the most technically and economically favorable offers.&nbsp;\u2013 Continuous improvement of the performance of our suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorable deals will not be made or presents or gifts that are inappropriate or suspected of bribery or<br>corruption will be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Environment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respect for the environment through compliance with legislation and good environmental practices, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>environmentally sustainable development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adequate management of waste, hazardous substances, emissions into the atmosphere, water and other environmental vectors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and measurement of significant environmental aspects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous improvement in reducing environmental impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with work methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security and health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respect for the Safety and Health of people through compliance with legislation and risk prevention, through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Periodic evaluation of the risks of the workplace, places and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk prevention plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigation of accidents and incidents and review of the plan to prevent their repetition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of business activities with suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with the security measures established in the procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confidential information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance with information subject to Industrial Property and Personal Data, through compliance with the legislation and the<br>following practices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The information subject to industrial property, such as, for example, documentation owned by clients (plans, specifications,<br>reports, etc.), by suppliers (formulas, composition of substances, etc.), and by the TSH Group (patented processes), must be treated<br>as Confidential Information and therefore cannot be disclosed to third parties, whether through material supports or any other means of<br>communication, including simple viewing or access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal information, whether from POLY-PRAT employees, such as customers, suppliers, shareholders, etc., must<br>be treated as Confidential Information, and must be treated in accordance with the POLY-PRAT Security Manual in accordance with RD 1729\/07<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that, for reasons directly related to the job, the employee comes into possession of<br>confidential information under any type of support, it must be understood that said possession is strictly temporary, with an obligation of secrecy and without<br>implying any right. of possession, ownership or copy of the aforementioned information.&nbsp;Likewise, the employee must return said<br>materials to the company immediately after the completion of the tasks that have caused their temporary use, and in<br>any case, at the end of the employment relationship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with these obligations may constitute a crime of disclosure of secrets, or inappropriate treatment of Personal Data<br>provided for but not limited to articles 197, 1998, 198, 199, 200 of the Penal Code (Organic Law 10\/1995 ) and will<br>entitle the interested party to request civil and criminal liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notification of incidents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the obligation of all company personnel, or natural or legal person who participates in the activity with POLY-PRAT, to report any<br>act that has been witnessed that violates this code of conduct or current legislation, considering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Said communication must be made within a period of time not exceeding 24 hours from the moment in which said incident\u00a0becomes known .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The communication must be made to your immediate superior, or failing that, directly to the Administration or Management department of<br>POLY-PRAT.<br>The following are especially important aspects that must be reported: \u2013 Corrupt activities with customers, suppliers or public bodies \u2013 Bribes through economic payment, presents or favorable treatment.&nbsp;\u2013 Illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorism, violation of human rights, etc.&nbsp;\u2013 Conduct that involves discriminatory or degrading treatment for people \u2013 Activities that put people&#8217;s health and the
