The Project
Upon reception of the 2D and 3d of the piece, a feasibility study is carried out. Once approved, the project begins together with the tool maker in which all the details of the mold, timming and first samples will be defined.
If the customer deems it necessary, a prototype tool can also be developed first.
In case of absence of this documentation, we can work on the development together with the client and mold maker.
Tool / Mold
They are built in the workshops of our approved molders and under constant supervision in the use of suitable materials, compliance with timing and customer design.
Our company has a fully equipped workshop for the maintenance and repair of molds, this allows us to react quickly and minimize the response time to any eventuality.

Injection machinery Features
We have modern injection machines equipped from 10 to 480 tons, being able to inject parts from 0.1 grams to 2.2 kilograms in a wide variety of materials.

Other machines
Ultrasonic welding machines, induction welding, electro erosion, lathes, operculum assembly machines, bathtubs for immersion wetting, climatic chamber for humidification and various machines to give the finish desired by the customer.
Raw material
We have extensive experience in the injection of almost all types of materials; from the most common such as HDPE, mHDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PPh, PPc, ABS, PS; SAN,GPPS,HIPS, ASA/PC to technical materials PMMA,PA6, PA66, PARA, PBT, PEEK, PPA,PPO,PC, POM-C,POM-H ; elastomers TPV,TPE-E, SBS,TPU,PUR; Bioplastics such as PLA, fluoropolymers such as PVDF and ETFE (semiconductor material). We also inject ATEX compliant materials.
Finishing / manipulation
All this machinery allows us to perform:
HEAT SEALING, ULTRASONIC WELDING, MACHINING, OPERCULUMS, ASSEMBLIES, AUTOMATION, HUMIDIFICATION OF POLYAMIDE PARTS
We also work with approved suppliers to perform screen printing, treatments or painting.
Laboratory
For the final approval of the piece and realization of dimensional reports,, the company has a metrology laboratory fully equipped with Coordinate-measuring machine, profile projector, dynamometer, calipers and gauges.
All machinery is calibrated by approved laboratories following the annual calibration calendar.
Final product
Always respecting the established delivery time, initial samples are delivered to the client with all the required documentation (dimensional, PPAP of any level or customer documentation).
